#1 Always check the mail

Haircut places always love to advertise in the mail.  The next time you get your hands on some “junk mail” in your mailbox, you don’t want to throw it out.  Instead, you will want to browse through and see what kind of deals are in there.  There are these type of coupons in there all the time.

#2 Sign up for the email list

Major companies such as Great Clips, Fantastic Sams, and more have coupons on their website.  While it happens here and there, it doesn’t hurt to sign up for their email list.  What you can do is sign up and wait.  Some will send out coupons right away, while others may send them down the road.  Regardless, you’re going to be connected now for the future.

#3 Search the web

You don’t always have to sign up for the email newsletter to get the coupons that you want.  Instead, you can always search for printable coupons online. Simply input the place that you’re looking for, followed by “coupons.”  You’ll be surprised at what pops up.  Just make sure that the coupon is valid and hasn’t expired.

#4 Check out eBay

Yes, I know it’s silly to buy a coupon, but you can buy some of these coupons in bulk.  It’s a great way to save money since you’re going to get your haircut every month or so.  For $1 or $2, you could potentially save $20+  Now I’m not saying that there are coupons up all the time, but you may find one that works for you.

#5 Just get your haircut

You may find that you need a haircut within a few days.  If you can’t find any coupons, that’s fine.  What a lot of places do now is give you a customer appreciation card where you can get free haircuts for every 10, etc, or maybe even a discount each time.  It never hurts to ask for one!
