Target is a hot spot for many shoppers to travel.  In my opinion, it’s a great place to shop when you’re looking for just about everything, especially when you’re shopping at the Target Super Centers.  I wanted to share some tips today on how you can find some killer Target coupons, and how you can save.

• Sign up for the Target credit card: If you don’t have a Target credit card already, I would highly recommend one.  What you’re going to find out is that they treat the card holders like gold.  You will receive coupons all the time in the mail, ranging from a particular amount off items, as well as a percentage off your purchase.  This is a great way to save on your upcoming purchases, and get them right in your mailbox, without searching.
• Use typical coupons: Yes, Target will accept those manufacture coupons in the mail.  If you already don’t have the Sunday paper, or any paper that has coupons, you’re missing out!  Even if you don’t get it, you will find that you can get printable coupons online.  You will simply just need to search for what you’re looking for.  90% of the time, you can find a printable coupon, if you search hard enough.  I would recommend the free Coupon.com toolbar that does all the dirty work for you.
• Consider EBATES: EBATES is awesome. Did you know that you can literally get money back for shopping at 100s of merchants online?  I checked out Target, and if you do your shopping online, you can get 3% back on your purchases, just by clicking on their link, and shopping.  This is a great way to get cash back for doing the shopping you already were going to do.

These are usually the way to go, when looking for Target coupons.  It’s going to be fairly rare when you’re looking for a total percentage off your purchase.  Instead, you will want to use item based coupons, such as soap, etc to see how much you can save with your purchase.
